Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the d06apk Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform. d06apk operates a strict 21+ policy in recognition of Indonesian legal conventions regarding adult entertainment and financial responsibility.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• Identity: You must register under your own true legal name and provide accurate, complete personal information. Registration on behalf of another individual is strictly prohibited.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.
• Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of d06apk or any of its affiliated entities, partners, or licensed game providers.

To access the full range of d06apk services, you must complete the registration process by providing the following information accurately and in full:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your national identity card or passport).
• Date of birth (you must be 21 or older).
• Valid email address that you own and have exclusive access to.
• Indonesian mobile phone number.
• Preferred account currency (Indonesian Rupiah, IDR).
• A strong password of your own creation, not reused from any other service.

By submitting the registration form, you warrant that all information provided is true, current, and complete. The Company reserves the right to request documentary evidence — including a copy of your national identity card (KTP), passport, or proof of address — at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following any account activity that triggers an internal compliance review.

d06apk operates a one-account-per-person policy. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) issued to your registered email address or mobile number.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
• You must use a unique password not used on any other website or service.
• You must notify d06apk immediately — via live chat or by emailing support@d06apk.app — if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

d06apk will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from d06apk that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure, except to the extent that such losses are directly attributable to the Company's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

5.1 Deposits. d06apk accepts deposits denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved channels: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and BSI; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum single deposit is Rp 25.000. Deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name are prohibited and will be returned.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are typically credited to your Player Balance within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant payment provider. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure, banking maintenance windows, or public holidays affecting Indonesian banking systems.

5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same legal name as your d06apk Account. The minimum single withdrawal is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal and daily aggregate withdrawal limits are published in the cashier section of your Account and may be subject to revision at the Company's discretion.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and the absence of any active account review. During peak periods, processing times may extend to forty-eight (48) hours. The Company will communicate any material delays to the affected Player via their registered email address.

5.5 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Company does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own exchange-rate margin or transfer fee, for which the Company bears no responsibility.

5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. The Company operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) procedures. Funds deposited to d06apk must originate from a legitimate, lawfully earned source. The Company reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds at any time. Suspected AML breaches may be referred to the relevant international regulatory authorities.

6.1 General. d06apk may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. All such promotions are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside the relevant offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 20× (twenty times) the bonus amount before they may be converted to withdrawable Player Balance. Bets placed using Bonus Funds on certain game categories (including live dealer baccarat, roulette, and togel — Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery — draw games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward the wagering requirement, as detailed in the promotion-specific terms.

6.3 One Bonus at a Time. Only one promotional offer may be active on an Account at any given time. Players may not stack or combine multiple bonus offers unless the specific terms of each promotion explicitly permit it.

6.4 Abuse Prevention. The Company reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings in the event that it determines, acting reasonably, that a Player has abused the promotional system — including by exploiting low-risk betting patterns, using multiple accounts, or coordinating with other Players to generate guaranteed outcomes from bonus funds.

6.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds not subject to an active wagering progress will expire fourteen (14) calendar days after crediting unless a different expiry period is specified in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.

6.6 Seasonal Promotions. d06apk may run special promotions timed to Indonesian cultural events, including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). The specific terms of each seasonal promotion will be published in the promotions section of the Platform no fewer than 48 hours before the offer becomes active.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the d06apk Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or other game categories — as published in the rules section of each product. In the event of a conflict between a product-specific rule and these Terms, the product-specific rule will prevail with respect to that product only.

7.2 Sportsbook. Bets placed on the sportsbook — including BRI Liga 1 fixtures, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, badminton tournaments, MotoGP, and E-sports markets — are settled in accordance with the official results announced by the relevant governing body. The Company reserves the right to void any bet affected by a palpable error in the published odds.

7.3 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager with a multiplied potential payout. If any one selection in a mix parlay is voided, the parlay is recalculated at the remaining selections. The minimum number of selections for a mix parlay bet is two (2).

7.4 Live In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. The Company reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during periods of significant live-event uncertainty (e.g., VAR review, injury stoppage, power outage at venue). Bets already confirmed prior to suspension will stand unless they qualify for voiding under clause 7.2.

7.5 Casino Games. All casino games — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play, and slots sourced from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — use certified random number generators (RNG). Published RTP figures represent the long-run statistical return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

7.6 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each game and market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface prior to bet placement. The Company reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Accounts at its sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the d06apk Platform. Breach of any provision in this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account (whether in your own name or under an assumed identity).
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds with no genuine intent to wager.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain without reporting them to d06apk support.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of any Platform software or API.
• Engaging in behaviour that d06apk's risk team determines, acting reasonably, constitutes systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation tool.

d06apk is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable betting environment. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in Rupiah to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic on-screen notifications at preset intervals to track time spent on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up summaries of your net session profit/loss at intervals of your choosing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and no promotional communications will be sent.

All content on the d06apk Platform — including but not limited to the d06apk brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, data feeds, odds algorithms, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of d06apk or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute any Platform content without the Company's prior written consent.
• Use the d06apk brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised by the Company.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content, game assets, or software.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any external website.

Any unauthorised use of the Company's intellectual property will result in immediate Account closure and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, d06apk's aggregate liability to you — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or reputational damage — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.

11.3 The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, or Force Majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services.

11.4 The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from prohibited conduct under Clause 8 or from providing inaccurate information during registration or KYC.

12.1 By the Company. d06apk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• The Player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or Account closure).

12.2 Consequences of Termination. Upon permanent Account closure, any withdrawable real-money Player Balance remaining in the Account (net of any bonus funds and subject to completion of KYC) will be returned to the Player via their last-used verified payment method within ten (10) business days, unless the closure is attributable to a breach of Clause 8 (Prohibited Conduct), in which case the balance may be forfeited.

12.3 By the Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the d06apk support team via live chat or by emailing support@d06apk.app. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours of verification of your identity.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which d06apk holds its international operating licence.

The parties agree to submit any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through the d06apk complaints procedure to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration tribunal of the relevant licensing jurisdiction. The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve any Player dispute informally within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving a written complaint submitted to support@d06apk.app.

If you are accessing the Platform as a resident of Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling occupies a complex legal space in Indonesia, and that you access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk and on your own initiative.

d06apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and by posting a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the revised terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.3.
